Re: Powershell Studio crashes when opening PS1 from UNC path

One thing you may want to try out:
Create a Junction to the remote path on your local machine, so that the network file appears local.

Does that work?

Re: [PSS2014] Wishlist

Hi David, Deployment Actions thanks for pointing out the deployment-commands. In retrospect, I find it hard to believe I didn't notice that. Must have stopped reading after the first panel with additional files somehow *grml* Neat article btw, especially the part about the psbuild.exe utility. Soo, ...

Re: [PSS2014] Wishlist

Another note on the function builder ... :) Assign multiple ParameterSets to same Parameter This may be going a bit far on the effort-to-outcome scale, but ... it is possible to assign multiple parametersets to a single Parameter, even though the function builder can't do that. Here an example on ho...

Re: [PSS2014] Wishlist

Hi David, thanks for the swift implementation, appreciate it :) . And again I shall add to the list, however, those are not about the function builder (really, I'm very content with the current version, and if templates arrive it'll be even greater): Deployment Settings: The deployment settings for ...

Re: [PSS2014] Wishlist

Hi David, looking forward to those :) Note: You can move parameter up and down the list using the arrow buttons. I noticed (and it's a handy function I do use). Just in case this means you assumed that the "position"-Part of my last post was about the ordering of the parameters: I was referring to t...

Re: Powershell Studio Changelog

Hi David,

glad to read that :)
Looking forward to what you came up with (but take your time, getting the 2014s to work as smooth & stable as possible has to be a priority now).

Cheers,

Re: [PSS2014] Wishlist

Hi Guys, and yet another feature request. This one would have a major impact for me on how I'd use one of the new features, the function Builder: Function Builder Upgrades Save Parameters: I'd love to have the ability to store a parameter on something like a favorites list. Then when I build a new f...

Re: Powershell Studio Changelog

I asked for that some time ago myself. If I remember the answer correctly, there isn't one. They announce individual service releases in articles you'd get listed on the start page, however that system has broken down with the release of the 2014s - Given the current release rate as bug-fixes, odd/u...

Re: [PSS2014] Wishlist

Hi Guys, got some more minor features to add to my wishlist :) Open files in folder option when Packaging / Deploying I'd appreciate it, if there was a way to locally set the option on whether the containing folder ought to be opened when packaging or deploying a script / project. I know I can confi...

Re: PrimalScript 2014 dependency files during packaging scri

Hi clum09, sorry for having to disagree with you: Reintroducing this "feature" will cause it to be used for a lot longer, even though current security standards forbid it. This makes produced packages not reliable - what works in one context may well not work in another. A system Change by an admin ...
