Re: Single source file

Hi, Thanks for your response. Yes, you understand me correctly. I would have expected that creating a ps1 file and packaging would have been the correct thing to do also. However when I do that, all the Deploy tab options are grey-ed out, preventing me from entering settings and allowing me to build...

Single source file

Product, version and build:pss 2016 32 or 64 bit version of product:64 Operating system:windows 10 32 or 64 bit OS:64 Hopefully an easy answered query. From my Previous Sapien product I used to create simple stand-alone source files used to build commandline exe's with a PSS extension. I also use pr...

Bind a tooltip to listbox elements

I started messing around with this some time back and thought I would post the working solution here as it looks like others have wanted to do this (There may be later and better solutions but this works fine for me). First create a MouseMove event on your listbox (my example is on $listbox6) and cr...

Re: Building executables

Thanks for your response. I have just got back to this. I'm getting confused as I want to upgrade from PrimalForms 2011 and I thought that latest product to upgrade to was PowerShell Studio 2015 when in fact I probably want PrimalScript 2015. I have had a read through the links that you posted and t...

Building executables

Hi guys, (Looks like I opened my contact on the wrong forum so hopefully this is a better choice) I have just downloaded a trial version of 2015 Studio and taking a look at the new features. Quite like what I see so far. However, in my PrimalForms 2011 I appear to be able to do something that I cant...

datagridview combobox error

Hi, has anyone come across a situation where a datagridview combobox causes the following error when you click on the combobox? I can recreate this in the most basic form ( see exported code below ). I do not want to use STA mode and it doesnt solve the problem anyway. I have attached the code and e...

Re: Unable to maximize UI during processing function

Thanks for that...I actually found the issue. I had STA checked in my IDE. I checked this as I was using clipboard COM objects but it seems to have a nasty side-effect. So I'll leave unchecked and try & work-around any issues that may arise with the clipboard functions. The other issue that you may ...

Unable to maximize UI during processing function

okay...I have googled until out of breath and I understand all the ins-n-outs with powershell not being a real graphical engine. I have a script (quite complex) that runs a number of processes via System.Diagnostics.ProcessStartInfo asynchronously. I have a progress bar that I also update to indicat...
