It is in our roadmap to provide this functionality. We are waiting for a more stable PowerShell Core SDK as Microsoft keep updating their .NET Core version on every GA version.

Under the Option menu, in the "Script Settings | Script Signing" section.

As you probably notice, Exchange modules will reside on the server side. So, you will need to use PowerShell remoting in order for PowerShell Studio Cache Editor to work and provide intellisense for the Exchange module.
