Re: [PSS 2018][Bug] Duplicate modules & commands

I can tell you that we are working on a feature to better manage all installed modules. I understand what you're saying! And Yes! Re: [PSS 2018][Bug] Editor slowdown on CBH

I don't know if you have tried using the "PowerShell HelpWriter" just to see if you get the same behavior. You can download the 45-days trial version and see if it helps.

We'll be looking into the issue you're experiencing with large CBH sections.

Re: [PSS 2018][Bug?] Performance switching between projects

So that I understand! Are you contributing with DBATools? Or, are you trying to integrate DBATools into an existing project?
I haven't heard from any of the DBATools contributors having some issues (yet!).

Re: [PSS 2018][Bug] Duplicate modules & commands

This is true. PowerShell Studio will list the same command if it exist across existing modules. At the same time, Primalsense will display all command, and when you highlight the command it will show from which module is been used. Re: Compile/Build PoSH App Deploy Toolkit to exe or msi.

You just can't compare both AutoIT and Powershell App Deploy Toolkit as they are Deployment tools. PowerShell Studio is an complete editor for Powershell development which includes the ability to package your PowerShell solution and create MSI installation as a single file for deployment. I don't se...

Re: Unable to load ActiveRoles Commandlets In PowerShell Studio Take 2

OK! So, this is a machine running Windows 7 and using an old version of Quest Active Roles cmdlets. And, I'm afraid to say the old Quest module was probably meant to work on PowerShell v2. Please, try the following resolution at "One Identity (Quest)" support page: How to manually load the ActiveRol...

Re: Unable to load ActiveRoles Commandlets In PowerShell Studio

About the QUEST "One Identity Active Roles" version 7.2 application, verify you can find the modules install at the PowerShell Console first: PS C:\Users\Administrator> Get-Module -ListAvailable ActiveRoles* | Select-Object Name, version, Path | Format-List Name : ActiveRolesConfiguration Version : ...
