It is in our roadmap to provide this functionality. We are waiting for a more stable PowerShell Core SDK as Microsoft keep updating their .NET Core version on every GA version.

Under the Option menu, in the "Script Settings | Script Signing" section.
Use the Certificate button to find you certificate (See image)

As you probably notice, Exchange modules will reside on the server side. So, you will need to use PowerShell remoting in order for PowerShell Studio Cache Editor to work and provide intellisense for the Exchange module. Under Platform, make sure you got Windows PowerShell (32 or 64 bit) select before using the Debug button.

Just in case, Debug button won't work if you have selected PowerShell Core. We are working in getting more features added to support PowerShell Core.
