Re: Support For Powershell 4 & 5

You have an active subscription; is there a reason you are using 2016 version instead of latest build of 2017? If you recently install a new version of PowerShell you will need to run the RegisterControls.exe tool, which is located in PowerShell Studio directory. https://www.sapien.com/blog/2013/02/...

Re: PowerShell v5 Class Inheritance Issue

It could be that the assembly requires a missing dependency. Validate that Add-Type is indeed loading the assembly in the script by using the PassThru parameter. It should list all the exported types.

If this is a module, you might want to make sure you are loading the module first.

Re: ProgressBarOverlay causes Unhandled Exception

You are getting this error because you are using the exit command in a GUI environment. Instead use the form's Close event. if ($Error.count -gt 0) { $formBulkUserDisabler15.Close() return } Related article: http://info.sapien.com/index.php/guis/gui-scripting/closing-the-form-what-yo...

Re: PowerShell v5 Class Inheritance Issue

In the screen shot you are using Run Selection . Please make sure you include the Add-Type line when running a selection, otherwise the assembly will not be loaded. PowerShell Studio always resets the runspace when you run the script in the internal host. Alternatively, you use the Run in Console co...
