Re: [PSS 2017] Switch to MTA

To disable STA globally, just uncheck it in the platform settings: STA Mode.png Then just add the comment for the files that require STA. Note: PowerShell Studio will automatically force STA when it detects a control that requires it in a psf file. You can also update the ps1 file template to includ...

Re: PSS 2017 Debug console works differently then PSS 2017 console

I believe it is the variable assignment. Try the following instead: [system.Net.Dns]::GetHostByName("computer").AddressList.IPAddressToString There seems to be a known issue with PowerShell when submitting the command while at a breakpoint. For some reason, it ignores the variable ...

If you are using a packaged executable, you can uncheck the STA Mode option in the Packager Settings: Packager Settings - STA Mode.png If you want to disable STA Mode when running the script within PowerShell Studio, use the following comment near the top of the script: # %ForceSTA% = False

Re: PowerShell Studio 2017 does not enumerate all methods in intellisense

Thank for you reporting this.
The ISE merges properties and methods of the container and the objects contained within, which is a feature we have not implemented at this time.

I will add a request to our feature wish list.

Re: Scripts created in 2012/2016 not working in 2017

Also, check your platform settings and verify that you have the correct version of PowerShell selected and the correct bitness (32 vs 64 bit.) Platform Settings.png Note: We have a number of ...
