You can use a staging folder in the MSI settings to configure files with folders:

This issue is triggered when the ContextMenuStrip designer displays after selecting the menu in the forms designer. Note: The console is an external process that is embedded in the panel (thus the difference in coloring).

You can use the contextMenuStrip's SourceControl property to determine what control called it.

As for the TableLayout, that is the expected behavior, since you can only drag on control in each cell.

You can set the height of a row by accessing the row's object:

The Parameter Dialog is displayed before any PowerShell code is executed. This is the reason you don't see the expanded variable values.
