I had a bit of time to check this out. The event is called "RowStateChanged". This is the aggregate event sent for each row in a batch selection or when any row is selected or deselected.

Detect selection complete event and set the checkboxes programmatically. There is no auto-check like in a checked listbox.

You can create animated GIFs with Net classes but it is a bit tricky. Easier to do with a free GIF animator. Ver useful for making annunciators and other icons and animations that help to present information or guidance.

There is no way to add an index to an array. You could convert the table into a keyed collection but that only allows one key. A table can also use a "RowFilter" to restrict the rows. I think you would do better if you took some time to learn a bit about PowerShell.
