At a command prompt type:

PowerShell -command c:scriptsmyscript.ps1

where c:scriptsmyscript.ps1 is the full pathname of you script file.

When you assign a dattime value. I don 't see any in you database settings. Everything is character.

When yo assign it it will insert the string value.

I think you realy want to use a datetime field so maybe you should change your database schema.

Hint:

Last line of a CSV file is:
(import-csv myfile.csv)[-1]

The -1 always points to the last element of an indexed collection (array or collection)

Add the field name and you have extracted what you need.
(import-csv myfile.csv)[-1].MyField

YOu can still use the script to force an update through Windows Update but not WSUS. For an initial install this might be ok.

You have to add teh computer as a client of the WSUS server. It would have to be a domain member and tehn recognized by the WSUS server.
