Javascript with HTML and document Object

I added closures to script. Al code that shows copiles and debugs correctly but this line is bad: alert(createtktnbr()); The called function does NOT exist. It is generally not very easy to cut and paste website HTML and have it work. Most web HTML uses external files, classes, libraries and makes b...

errrggg!! firewall and vbscript..

One thing I just discovered. On Windows Server 2003 and later. If you have enabled ICS then you cannot manage the WIndows Firewall as it won't exist. The ICS NAT/Firewall will be in use. Even GP canb't manage this withteh firewall settings. You must use teh ICS settings. In NETSH this will also chan...

errrggg!! firewall and vbscript..

The GPO edits I doo with a text editor. It's very easy and only takes a minute to make additions. I have Reg2ADM and it is somewhat useful. If you have WS2003 R2 DCs then you can convert the ADM into an ADMX for which there are numerous editors including XMLNotepad. You can also easily use vbscript ...

errrggg!! firewall and vbscript..

I agree with Jeff on using GPO. GPO can handle most of this centrally. Here is the issue with use remote scripting with the firewall. YOu can't. All scripts I have seen and used only work locally. The protetion on teh COM object is set to not allow remote activation for security reasons. GP has been...

inserting powershell results into SQL server

When you assign a dattime value. I don 't see any in you database settings. Everything is character.

When yo assign it it will insert the string value.

I think you realy want to use a datetime field so maybe you should change your database schema.

Send email when a particular value in a file is hi

Hint:

Last line of a CSV file is:
(import-csv myfile.csv)[-1]

The -1 always points to the last element of an indexed collection (array or collection)

Add the field name and you have extracted what you need.
(import-csv myfile.csv)[-1].MyField
