CIM cmdlets are unknown to PSS14

I was looking at the daily scripting guy blog and copied todays code into PSS14 which didn't recognize the cim cmdlets. They are just listed as unknown with no intellisense. Testing PSS14 doesn't recognize any of the CIM cmdlets. http://blogs.technet.com/b/heyscriptingguy/archive/2014/03/21/use-dyna...

Re: BUG: Update-Help Error PS2014

With all profiles disabled still the same:
>> Run Update Help...
>> Platform: V4 64Bit (STA) (Elevated)
Cannot instantiate PowerShell object>> Script Ended
The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.

Re: BUG: Update-Help Error PS2014

David, Can I ask a question; how does PSS2014 handle a users profile.ps1 when you open it? Does it load it or ignore it? I have lines that cause an error to throw when you open elevated PowerShell prompt and usually use a special shortcut with -noprofile when I want elevation. I was wondering if som...

Re: BUG: Update-Help Error PS2014

Without codebase switch it worked without error in command prompt; I had to remove the "" around the path to executable in PSS2014 but it worked without errors, correctly prompting for elevation. However still the following from PSS2014 clicking update-help: >> Run Update Help... >> Platform: V4 64B...

Re: BUG: Update-Help Error PS2014

David, I am unclear about you last 2 posts. Yes Elevation is checked Everything works now as it should far as I can tell in PSS14 v48 except when you click the Update-Help button on either Tools or Help toolbars. Running Update-Help in the script window works fine it is now just how your buttons on ...

Re: BUG: Update-Help Error PS2014

So scripts that require elevation now work correctly. However the update-help icon on toolbar still breaks either running the app as standard user or elevated with same error as last user post. My version is 4.1.47. Again all permissions are standard as is UAC and the account I run from is admin. Up...

No David everything is as it should be permission side on this machine. The only problem is with PSS14 not working as designed.
