Thank you for your reply davidc. Unfortunately, I've tried a console host and nothing spits out. I tried again for the sake of testing and no errors. I also ran the debug in powershell studio. I converted one of the PS1 files to an exe and used it as a custom action. I have discovered the issue. after creating an MSI build with just 1 custom script and generating an error I moved on to files I incorporated 1 file with no issue.
