As of the latest release of PowerShell Studio (5.8.197), there is no configuration file to support Visual Studio Team Services.

You can always package your PowerShell script as an executable with our packager. I'm not sure how you have your settings configured, but if your MSI is running as an administrator, any custom actions will also run as an administrator. Based on the error you are getting, does your script require any...

This generally means the connection is let through, but the response is being blocked which is what is causing the application to hang as it waits for the response. Please verify that you are allowing all HTTPS traffic from https://www.sapien.com and api.sapien.com.
