Our system admin helped me out and I enabled UseWUServer within the registry. All of these features within later versions of Windows 10 are now downloaded via the Windows update service. Updating the registry and then rebooting the computer fixed the problem and I was able to follow the directions y...

Thank you for the info. It is most likely a compatibility issue which I cannot fix because my org blocks access to the MS updates due to the use of SCCM. I get errors each time I run any of those commands in the article.

No, the files are not in the registry key you provided.
Could it be possible that that dashes "-", commas "," and/or spaces within the path are causing this issue?

Yes, I can open/save files in Onedrive, but there are no recents shown.

After an MS OS updated and reboot the cursor seems to be back to normal size. I guess my question now is why a different cursor is used in the line number column? I can see that it points right, but it still look pixelated.
