Copy Folder Path does not copy anything into the Windows clipboard

Another symptom is that if I select copy folder path from the file tab nothing is copied like the file isn't fully loaded into PSS. Other PSS functions are not active, I.E. "Analysis". It does know that I made a change when I click [x] on the tab, because it then asks if I want to save the file.

I tried both a network drive and a local folder. I also rebooted my PC. That did not resolve the issue. I added some additional duplication information under Update within my previous post. You may have posted before I added it.

Apparently running the .EXE from a share may have had something to do with it. When I copied it to my local drive it worked. First time I've seen this.
