Hello,
Our licenses were renewed back in June. The VersionRecall licenses still are not showing as renewed in my account. I checked the invoice which shows all the licenses would be renewed through 6/30/2023. Please check on your end.
Thanks.

Other issue with the MSI: 1. When executing the msi to modify/repair or remove, the only option present is "Remove". How do I enable the other options? msi_remove_only.png 2. After clicking remove on the image above I get an error about needing PS v5. PS 5 is already installed. The msi uni...

Re: MSI INSTALLDIR as custom action argument parameter value
I'm not actually packaging the script as an executable, which is why I am calling the script in the msi custom actions. As for execution as system, the users do not have access to modify resources the script is accessing. Requiring admin elevation is a requirement in our org. Additionally the script...

How do I resolve this error...

Unregister license
Hello,
I need to recover (unregister) a license used by a former colleague in my organization. I have the key I just need to re-register it. I am not able to unlicense the client since the machine has been reimaged. How do I go about doing this?
Thanks.
