1. I have not replicated this issue with any other product. If you kill the product installation of PS Studio when it hangs, scriptmerge and document explorer are already installed and they seem OK. 2. After some more testing I think I figured this out. When I rebuild the cache files on the remote server and then do another export, the import on my vm works fine.
