Re: PS 2022 Installation Error - SAPIENConsole.dll failed to register

0x80070005 is an access denied error. Since you are on a VM on a Mac, it might just be Windows defender checking the file too slow.
As Parallels is not a supported platform, we are not testing this in particular.
If you can register the dll after the fact, you should be fine.

Re: Deleted or moved files keep re-appearing

Please indicate where you delete a file. In your source folder, within a repository, please be specific.
Please also describe when the file file re-appears. I am assuming you are kicking off some activity, but it is not clear which.

Not all time stamp servers are compatible with all certificates. Use the one that is recommended by your certificate provider.
If the Authenticode API cannot use your certificate, you can use an external signing tool in a post-build command.

From your post it is not possible to determine if these "random errors" come from your code, the packager engine around it or the PowerShell sub system, a runtime, some module or something else. It would help to know what these errors are.

Re: Picky formatting question regarding placement of open/close braces

PrimalScript keeps the indentation you have on the previous line. It does not add or subtract from your indentation automatically.

Re: Option to Create New PowerShell File Disappears

Can you please go here:
C:\ProgramData\SAPIEN\PowerShell Studio 2022\Templates\File Templates

and run
ls -r > C:\Temp\Templatelist.txt

(please modify the file location to what you have on your machine)

And upload the resulting file here?

Re: Format script issue?

You may think of a script as a collection of lines, but in reality it is a stream of tokens as far as a parser is concerned. Plenty of constructs in PowerShell (and other languages) span multiple lines. So as Brittney was pointing out, it is possible, however remotely, that an earlier expression was...
