I apologize, maybe my original answer was not verbose enough. When you package (it is not a compiler) with a SAPIEN Script Host, there is no script FILE. It is executed from memory. Well, as there is no actual script really that is a little tough. I am not certain at this time if PowerShell can provide a location within a script block.

You can also package using RunAs. That does not imply admin.

Create a starter app that prompts and then run the main process as required. Or create the shortcut on install.
Without knowing more about your getup it's a bit hard to tell.

If you have PowerShell 7.1.3 itself installed, you do not need to install the 7.1.3 runtime.
