Packaging scripts is, among other purposes, intent to keep prying eyes from the code. While this is not an absolutely unbreakable mechanism (we never claimed that), it keeps the casual observer from messing with code. Including 'unpackaging' in the product would allow just anyone to look anyway ...

On your SAPIEN account page you will find a link for "Code Recovery" on the bottom of the left hand menu.
Please click there and proceed according to the instructions.

We are not setting or removing any folder permissions in PowerShell Studio, Script Packager, MSI builder or anywhere really.
Since it is coming back automatically I would suspect that is a new OneDrive functionality, but that is only a guess.
I suggest to contact Microsoft about that.

There is a problem with 7.4.6 itself. So it is nothing you are doing. We are testing a fix to include that in the next service release. Until then I can only recommend to stay on 7.4.5
