Re: Updating multiple textboxes from a Global "write-log" function.

I feel so stupid, I guess I was just overthinking it. All I had to do was pass the textbox object from the form into the function. So calling the function looks like this; write-Applog -Message "Share Name will be: $stagname." -appTab $($tab_ADGS.Text) -localLog $rtb_ADGS_Output function write-bcApp...

Updating multiple textboxes from a Global "write-log" function.

So I am attempting to write a basic logging script which will output to 1 - 2 different textboxes depending on what tab the task is run from. I am using a global function and calling it when the task is ran. I can set one of the textboxes to log as it is the overall applications logging textbox, how...

Updating forms while running a Job

I have a job that runs using the Jobtracker, and has multiple parts to said job. I have read, and used the jobtracker quite a bit, however I am still a bit uneducated as to how to update fields of a form while a Job is in progress. For example, I have an entire task that runs in one Jobscript of the...

Splash Screen sort of working

I have read through the instructions on the "Show-SplashScreen", and in my application the Splash screen works. However, after I build the app and run it from a .exe the splash screen comes up, however there is no image. Is it due to me putting my images in a folder within the directory? $paramShowS...

Re: Connecting to Office 365 (Connect-MSolservice) not worki

I am using the v4 Engine to package the script. So I have been messing with the settings a bit Powershell Studio and I am not quite sure what I did that fixed it, but it seems to work. I feel like the only change I really made was changing it from 32 Bit to 64 Bit Elevated. For reference though; It ...

Connecting to Office 365 (Connect-MSolservice) not working

I have written an application for our Helpdesk agents that, when finished, will take a lot of grunt work off their hands. The on issue I have run across is that when I need to run the command "Connect-Msolservice" I seem to always get the same error. If I "export to file" and run the Connect-MsolSer...
