Thanks a lot guys. That did the trick. I first installed the .NET package. Then I installed the Update package, then ScriptMerge, then the Document Explorer. I have now had the time to test the Version 4.5.67 it DOES fix the Problem for both the 32bit & 64bit versions.

Directory ALEADY exists and write rights also exist!
but is still does NOT install!!

I don't know what went wrong yesterday with the log file creation. I could NOT reproduce the smaller log file.
But the bigger complete one is now uploaded.
