We were able to generate the license file from your account. Look for it to arrive in your email inbox. We suspect a temporary server glitch as the generation of license files seems to be working without issue now.

Hello again Sam,
We discovered today that the use of the ampersand (&) character in a password could be causing issues for some users. If you, by any chance have an ampersand please try resetting your password to one without an ampersand and see if you can activate your software with the new password.

We had a server issue this past Friday-Saturday which could have caused this. The issue has since been resolved. Did this happen to you before Friday 6/15?
