Hello,

We have reset your activation as requested. For reason that are as yet unclear, there were two activations on your subscription form the same machine. When you deactivated, the system only reset the oldest activation.

Hello, Your current PPK key is for the 2015 issue. If you go to your account's product page (https://www.sapien.com/account/products) and click on the Productivity Pack button, you will be presented with a window. Just under the lisiting of your PPK key (see image) there is a link for a free upgrade...

Hello, you do not have access to the product support forum because there are no subscriptions registered under your user name. If you log in with the account under which your subscription is registered, you will have access to the product support forums.

It sounds like you may have a cookie problem. If you are unable to post in the Trail Software forum, please log out, close any SAPIEN-related browser windows and clear your cookies. Navigate back to the SAPIEN site and log back in.

Normally we would suggest that you renew your license, but because this issue is clearly a bug, we have given you access to Version 5.2.128. :) Enjoy!
