Using PowerShell Studio 2014 v4.1.63 and found that one cannot use the variables pane to view the values within a hashtable if they are of type Array. Yes, that works to some extent but this is still limited when compared to the persistent pane which PowerGUI provides. Here's an example showing how PowerGUI can display all of the items in a hashtable whereas PowerShell Studio does not. See the attached screenshots:
