The purpose of this script is to report on the Share and NTFS permissions of specific shares located on remote servers. This part of the error: "Cannot find path 'D:\eXpress' because it does not exist"...tells me that the script is being run against the remote server in the servers.txt file because the eXpress share does exist on the remote server only and not on the computer where I am running the script...

That is correct I did not write this code and know little about scripting.
