This is not a scripting issue. Just add an AD group to all of the folders via Group Policy then add anyone who needs access to the group. Do this once and you have control of who has access by just adding or removing them from the group. This also eliminates divulging account names and passwords to ...

We do not usually use the "Edit" event. Just get the "Changed" event and do whatever you need to with the data.

I recommend reviewing the documentation on WinForms and the DataGridView control.

You cannot use any forms controls in a JobScript. You must pass all arguments via the provided "$Argments" parameter.

You need two buttons and two independent scripts. The parameters collected become the "$Arguments" list.

The BackColor does not change the tab control color it changes the client area.

If I use invoke-item on the path, the user needs to enter his/her credentials each time they access a new computer...

It appears that you will have to draw the background to match the forms background. I believe this is an old issue with the tab control.
