Re: Possible issue with Test-Path in Windows forms application

I am sure Alex ;) , but you haven't addressed my point in the post though.
Maybe - you did - UNC path issues? Maybe it is worse with files as opposed to say a folder?
I'll just use the .Net test.

Re: Possible issue with Test-Path in Windows forms application

Yes I understand that David, but explicitly adding -Path doesn't make any difference either and therefore doesn't explain why Test-Path -Path $OutFile fails and [System.IO.File]::Exists($OutFile) works, when all I change is the statements in the If evaluation in PSS.

Re: Changing from Designer to Script for psf immediately sets file state to changed

Sorry Brittney, that was my ticket also. I completely forgot I had submitted this issue before. I forgot David tracked it down to the TLP.
I found a few forms without TLP's, they do not exhibit this change behavior.

Re: Changing from Designer to Script for psf immediately sets file state to changed

Brittney, No the files are not different. I created a new vm with Windows 10, installed PSS 192 from scratch and am still getting the changed state with all my psf files. Can I zip one up and send it to you to see if same happens for you? Maybe there is something in the files causing the issue. You ...

Re: Changing from Designer to Script for psf immediately sets file state to changed

Brittney, I have literally 100's of psf files. I can pick any at random; some require an update which I do and save, close and reopen, some were saved yesterday. The described symptoms happen with all of them with the slight differences in behavior I note in the previous post. There is nothing in ou...
