I have to second that. Would prevent from going from Visual Studio for the GUI editing then go to Powershell Studio for coding

Compiled EXE to run on device without PowerShell
I have a script (that works fine). It is a compiled EXE doing some AD checks etc. The exe is silent and no user interface.
My question is mainly regarding if there is a way to have that EXE run on a device that would have Powershell disabled/not installed?
