Activating Your New Subscription

Tuesday, March 25th, 2014 by June Alane Reif
[UPDATED: 8/15/2014] So, you just got a new subscription to a SAPIEN product. You've run the installer and you've launched the product and you were presented with a screen like this: Where do you go from here?  Well, since you already have a subscription number, you can pretty much ignore the buttons on the top right. Instead, focus on the section below the text "If you have a current subscription number, please enter or paste it into the field below." If you DO NOT already have a SAPIEN account (this is not necessarily the same as your store account!), click…   More »

Managing Your Subscriptions

Tuesday, March 18th, 2014 by June Alane Reif
Managing your subscriptions via your account page is pretty simple. First click on or hover over the My Account menu item and choose Registered Products from the resulting screen. At the top of your accounts product page, you will see your registered subscriptions. The Basics The left side of the panel shows you, at a glance, which product you have a subscription for, whether or not you have Premium Support with the subscription, your subscription number, and download links to the latest 64- and 32-bit versions. If you have Premium Support, you can link directly to the technical support ticketing…   More »

Your Account Page Revamped

Friday, February 7th, 2014 by June Alane Reif
If you have logged into your account recently, you may have noticed some changes to both the layout and the functionality. You no longer need to click a separate button to register a new key or generate a virtual machine trial key—both are now found in the blue Account Tools box located in the upper right of the Registered Products page. We’ve also included some handy links to other useful resources—product support…   More »

Uncle SAPIEN Wants You!

Monday, January 28th, 2013 by Robert Morey
To register your license key, that is. Did you purchase a license for our software, perhaps years and years ago, and never register it in your MySAPIEN account? You should, and there are some very valid and important reasons for doing so. If you don’t register your license, we probably do not know how to reach you. On occasion, we make application-specific announcements and offer deals on upgrades that only go to those whose products are registered. Also, when you log into your MySAPIEN account, you can see what the most recent version of the application is as well…   More »

Additional downloads for registered users

Wednesday, August 8th, 2012 by Alex Riedel
If you have any software registered at MySAPIEN you will start to see additional downloads when you login. For one, you will see the stand-alone installers for PrimalMerge 2012 and the SAPIEN Document Explorer there. If you are creating a custom install for PrimalScript or PowerShell Studio these two packages are installed as prerequisites and you cannot influence their installation path. By using these stand-alone installers you can install them in any other location than the default path. Additionally you will see bonus downloads available here, such as the new PowerShell Profile Editor.…   More »
