The SAPIEN site is undergoing many changes this month—including a new store—and one of these changes includes a new layout for the My Products page. In this article, we will review the new general layout and then explain how to accomplish the most common tasks.

General Layout Explained
The overview layout lists all of the licenses attached to the current Customer account and displays the associated license number and maintenance status. Each License is collapsed and must be expanded to access more details and controls.
When a license is expanded, the controls are revealed. The top section contains the License Information which has information and controls pertaining to the license and its activations. The following sections include a Downloads section and a Manage Users section. The Manage Users Section is where the owner of a license may add and remove users. An additional Expiration Information section will appear when a license is about to expire, or when a license has already expired.
There is a 32 and 64-bit download option for each product. If you require an older version, click ‘View Older‘ and select a version from the module.
Adding and Removing Users
Click ‘Remove User’ to remove the user from the selected license. Licenses which have unfilled user seats will be prompted with an Add User option as shown below:
Registering License Keys
For unregistered license keys, select Register a License from the sidebar.
Enter your license number into the input field. To register more than one license at a time, separate each set of keys with a comma.
Renewing and Reinstating a License
Users with a license that is about to expire, or with a license that has expired, will be prompted with an Expiration Information section. Clicking the Reinstate or Renew button will redirect you to the store page for that product, and your account details will already be filled in.
