SAPIEN Ignite Pass Awarded to Jennyfer Rusnak

SAPIEN Technologies, Inc. is delighted to award a full conference pass for Microsoft Ignite 2015 to Jennyfer Rusnak, Senior Technical Support Engineer at Sundt Construction in Tempe, Arizona.

Jennyfer took several classes from Don Jones, including an advanced class, and participated in the Advanced Division of the Windows PowerShell Scripting Games in 2013. She’s written scripts to automate Exchange, Lync 2013, Active Directory, SCCM 2012, OneDrive for Business in Office 365, printer mapping, and server management. She has also used PowerShell Studio to create UIs that make it easier for her help desk to run her PowerShell scripts.

“I am constantly finding opportunities to use PowerShell to make my job quicker and easier,” Jennyfer said in her application.

SAPIEN was impressed by Jennyfer’s accomplishments and passion, and her potential to be a leader in the Windows PowerShell community. We hope that Jennyfer enjoys the conference and truly benefits from the sessions and networking opportunities.

“SAPIEN is proud to support women in technology,” said SAPIEN CEO Ferdinand Rios. “All creative disciplines benefit when everyone participates.”

We received several exceptional applications for this award, which make us optimistic that we can increase the number of technical women participating in the Windows PowerShell community, including conferences, user groups, and community events. Runners up for this award received gift licenses for SAPIEN software products.

SAPIEN Technologies, Inc., developer of PowerShell Studio and Primal Script, strives to encourage women in all aspects of technology, and specifically female IT professionals who are active in the Windows PowerShell community. We were gratified to be able to award this conference pass and encourage other businesses to support women in technology.

Congratulations, Jennyfer! See you at Ignite 2015!
