If you glance to the right of this post you see a new survey. It’s about how you open files in our products. Please spend the few seconds, consider the answers and click. It doesn’t take long and it doesn’t hurt, I promise.
Polls like this help us consider which areas should get more attention than others. It allows us to put the focus on features you use rather than the ones you don’t. So please, use the surveys.
If a poll triggers a suggestion please post in our wish list forum. If you have a more elaborate suggestion that requires screenshots, videos and whatnot, email to support@sapien.com
We love to hear from you!
Alex, I think this question should be multiple choice. I usually rely on PS automatically opening the last files I worked on, but I also drag & drop from explorer fairly often, and use the File tab’s recently opened/edited file lists. I also right click in explorer and choose Edit with PS. I hardly ever use File -> Open or the start page. I try to never double-click on an editable file – I don’t want to make the decision “is it safe to double click?” for fear of being wrong. I’ve never used the PS command line.
