PowerShell users getting the blues

PrimalScript 2011 hosts embedded Command and PowerShell consoles. One complaint we received was that the PowerShell console’s background was black rather than the familiar blue.

We didn’t want to deprive PowerShell users of their wish for more color in their lives so we set the default to blue in service build 6.0.133.

If you had PrimalScript 2011 already installed that new color won’t kick in though and you have to set it manually. So after installing the new build, go to
Tools – Options – Environment – Command Shell
and select the desired color there. The new default is the Hex(00,00,FF) one.
