,, Spring PowerShell Class News

Some news tidbits:

We’ve re-launched with a new, fresh look. The site itself has been reorganized into four “zones,” allowing us to expand the resources offered on the site while keeping the navigation sensible. We’re also bringing more attention to free resources like the TechNet Webcasts Don has done, the “Essentials” pages, and so forth.

Our Web site has been merged into’s new “Training Zone.” Since we’ve always branded our training offerings with the name, this is just to maintain consistency and give you one less Web site to visit :), and to give us one less Web site to maintain!

Speaking of training, we’ve been reviewing Don and Jeff’s schedules, and they’re pretty busy. It looks like our March Windows PowerShell class will be the only public PowerShell classroom training we offer in 2008. That may change toward the end of the year if things free up – but it may not. So if you’re interested in this training, now’s the time. We’ll continue to offer private on-site training to interested companies as our schedules permit.

We are moving forward with an online training offering. We’re still looking at the results of our survey on the subject, and it’s been tremendously helpful thus far in helping us create something the majority of folks will find benefit in. As more details get worked out, we’ll make them available on’s Training Zone and let you know about them here, too. It looks like the first online class will start sometime in July and be co-taught by Don and Jeff – we’re trying to get their schedules figured out, amongst other “minor” details. We hope the online training will enable more folks to get quality PowerShell training, since we know it’s tough to get out of the office to attend traditional classes.
