    Hi

    We have had a user leave and there machine re-imaged and need to transfer the license to another machine.

    we have sent some emails that have not been replied and would appreciate some help. Please tell me what details you need in order to assist with deactivating and allowing us to reactivate

    While we don't mind resetting an activation for you, we do require that the account with the activation to be reset make the post. If you could log in as the user with the subscription and submit this request, we'll gladly get it taken care of for you.

    And on the topic of emails, can I ask which address they were sent to?
