I'd like to permanently add the "Open" button in my PrimalSQL "quick access toolbar".
I click the top-left drop-down button right below the quick access toolbar (the button does not have a name), right-click "Open", click "Add to Quick Access Toolbar" ["Add to Quick Access Toolbar.png" screenshot attached].
The Open button gets added to the toolbar (though it can't be moved further to the left). The Open button remains and works fine for the duration of my session ["Now you see it.png" screenshot attached].
But if I close PrimalSQL, then open it again, the Open button is gone ["Now you don't.png" screenshot attached].
This is the most low-level problem I can imagine, but I thought I'd report it anyway.
PrimalSQL 2015 version 4.1.40, 64-bit
Windows 7 Professional with Service Pack 1, 64-bit

- 1. Product, version and build (e.g. Product: PrimalSQL 2014, Version & Build: 4.0.36. Version and build information can be found in the product's About box accessed by clicking the blue icon with the 'i' in the upper right hand corner of the ribbon.)
2. Specify if you are running a 32 or 64 bit version
3. Specify your operating system and if it is 32 or 64 bit.
4. Attach a screenshot if your issue can be seen on the screen
5. Attach a zip file if you have multiple files (crash reports, log entries, etc.) related to your issue.
